The Shed Depot of NC is closely monitoring the rapidly changing Covid-19 Pandemic conditions. We are committed to the health and safety of each of our employees and our customers. To ensure your well-being and the well-being of everyone within our community, we are following the recommended safety precautions released by the Center for Disease Control (CDC).
We understand that many people are facing extreme challenges and hardships during this time of uncertainty. We have made adjustments to help and assist everyone as best we can. While our offices are temporally closed to the public, we still look forward to the opportunity to serve you via email, phone, and social media. Customers may also come by to browse in-stock sheds as they are unlocked, with pricing and additional information inside. Our sales representatives are also available by appointment at sales locations where we can remain outside and practice required social distancing.
Precautions we are taking during the shed buying process:
- Limiting face-to-face contact as much as possible
- Practicing Social Distancing between and among employees and customers
- Listing available inventory on our website
- Responding to email and phone questions in a timely manor
- Utilizing our 3D Configurator for custom built sheds
- Finalizing and signing contracts via email
- Taking payment by card over the phone
Precautions we are taking during the delivery process:
- Maintaining 15’ distance from customers and advising that all children are to remain inside during installation
- Educating and emphasizing CDC guidelines for best practices to help flatten the curve
- Actively using hand sanitizer/wipes and washing hands as often as possible
- Using approved COVID-19 disinfecting spray on door handles, windows, and other high-touch areas of the shed prior to leaving
